Gaggia Achille - Exquisite Beauty

So, yesterday we showed you the Gaggia 77002 manual espresso machine, but here’s another beauty from Gaggia, the Gaggia Achille Espresso machine, another manual espresso machine that is lever operated. This has a few modern conveniences though, like en ESE Espresso Pod basket and a nice turbo frother that is sure to crank out the lattes and cappuccinos. To operate, just raise the lever on the front of the unit, which allows water to infuse the coffee in the filter holder. Then, lower the lever to brew; the pressure forces water through the coffee and into the cup.
