Gaggia Titanium 90500 Espresso Machine

gaggia90500.jpg

I wanted to end this Gaggia-heavy week on a high note – as in really high priced espresso. The Gaggia 90500 Titanium – a Stainless Steel Super Automatic Espresso Machine is a high end machine that sparkles with stainless steel. Why they call it a Titanium and then make it in Stainless, I’ll never know, but this thing is ready to do some serious espresso. It’s got two 1,500 watt thermo block heaters – one for brewing and one for steaming; what would you expect out of a Super, eh? Like all Super automatic espresso machines, it takes beans in one end and puts out espresso on the other. The burr grinder grinds your whole bean espresso, then it gets tamped and the high-pressure 15 bar pump extracts the sweet espresso. There are settings galore on this thing, but it can still give you a great espresso at a simple push-button operation. Nice.
