Terroir Coffee Company is an artisan coffee roaster based in Acton Massachusetts, and they specialize in finding some of the best estate coffees from around the world, roasting them up and delivering them to discerning customers for prices that are amazingly affordable. The owner, George Howell, posts a monthly newsletter. This month he covers several interesting aspects about coffee handling, and coffee roasting; he also highlights his Espresso of the Month: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
