Saving Money on Coffee or Stealing?

So it sounds like there is a fair number of people saving money these days by making their own lattes. Not how you think though. Coffee shop owners are complaining that customers are getting just a shot or two of espresso (over ice) and then moving to the condiment area and filling up with the free milk there; savings can be a buck or two over the usual Iced Latte price. Do that every day for a few months and it adds up. Coffee shop owners are paying through the nose though, as milk prices are up already with fuel surcharges on the deliveries due to the high gas prices. So, is it stealing when you take something that's free? Is it too much of a good thing?
