How Many Calories in that Holiday Latte?
So while the holiday drinks are flowing ever faster, I thought I would put up the expected calorie load of these bad boys that have been pouring out of the shops for the last few weeks. Don't want to rain on anyone's Christmas parade, but I thought it would be best to be an educated consumer.
Calories in specific drinks (For Starbucks: no whipped cream and whole milk):
Starbucks Eggnog Latte
Grande: 424 calories, 21g of fat
Venti: 530 calories, 26g of fat
Starbucks Gingerbread Latte
Grande: 336 calories, 13g of fat
Venti: 420 calories, 16g of fat
Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Latte
Grande: 368 calories, 12 g of fat
Venti: 460 calories, 15g of fat
Dunkin Donuts Gingerbread Latte
10 ounce: 400 calories, 9g of fat.
For reference: McDonald's Quarter Pounder, no cheese: 420 calories, 21g fat.

I know some people are freaking out, but I'm surprised at how LOW the caloric value for these drinks are.
