Coffee House Chalk Art

While sitting there sipping an espresso or Latte, have you ever noticed that fancy chalk work on the wall and thought wow, that's pretty good! Well there are some people who are taking it to a new level, and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer has a cool little article about a few artists who are turning casual chalk into a higher art form; and making a living at it. The work is sometimes tough, calloused cramping hands can make for a tough day, but the hours are yours. After a long start up curve, the coffeehouse patrons are pretty thankful for the decorations.
