Nespresso Limited Edition Oâ Review
The latest Limited Edition Nespresso Capsule is out and available for purchase at the Nespresso Boutique in NYC, or online at the Nespresso site. I recently reviewed the Nespresso C100T Essenza and I really liked it, in fact I am in the process of buying one myself (I have to send the review model back). The limited edition capsule is the Oâ, which means "to marry" in Swahili, and is symbolic of the union between earth and sky to create a great growing region. This capsules is the union of two coffees from the regions around Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya.
We've had the Oâ capsules for a couple of weeks now and I like them a lot. Reminds me a bit of the Livanto capsules that I love, although a bit fruitier and a less intense. The flavor is nicely acidic, and fruity with a nicely balanced body to finish out the cup. I drank straight shots of the 1.5 ounce espresso pulls and again thought it was very good. Well balanced, and full flavored, but not as explosively intense as a Ristretto.
The Oâ capsules good solid espressos with amazing crema. I am not sure how long they are going to be around, so grab a pack or two while you can. The Nespresso Oâ Capsules work in any Nespresso capsule machine, including the Essenza C100T, The Nespresso D150, Nespresso C185T Le Cube, Nespresso C180W Le Cube, and the Nespresso E350 Romeo.
